This site is owned and operated by Zone’in Programs Inc. Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. At Zone’in Programs Inc., we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

Information Tracking
Zone’in Programs Inc. gathers the following type of information about users:
Information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions to receive our electronic newsletters, to participate in our message boards, blogs or forums, to email a friend, and from participation in polls and surveys.

Usage tracking
Zone’in Programs Inc. tracks user traffic patterns throughout our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Zone’in Programs Inc. does break down overall usage statistics according to user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser).

Use of information
Zone’in Programs Inc. uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our network of sites, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users. We use information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters and to enable users to participate in polls, surveys, message boards, and forums. We send out newsletters to subscribers on a regular monthly schedule, and occasionally send out special announcements when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we are providing in their area. Zone’in Programs Inc. will not use personal information collected for any other purpose than those stated above, without consent. Zone’in Programs Inc. never shares newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors or partners.

Sharing of information
Zone’in Programs Inc. uses the above-described information to tailor our content to suit your needs and help us better understand our audience’s demographics. We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Your consent
By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Zone’in Programs Inc. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

II. Copyright Policy

Zone’in Programs Inc. recognizes and respects intellectual property rights and are committed to fulfilling our moral and legal obligations with respect to our use of copyright protected works. As a matter of moral integrity and adherence to copyright law, Zone’in Programs Inc. sets forth these policies for all users of Zone’in Workshops, Webinars, Trainings, Consultative Services and Products.

1. No person or organization may reproduce and copyrighted work in print, video, or digital form in violation of the law. Works are considered protected even if they are not registered with a copyright office or any registering agency, even if they do not carry the © symbol. Copyrighted works include but are not limited to: printed articles from publications, electronic articles in online publication, online videos, movies, TV and radio programs, images including posters, game boards, cards, and Zone-O-Meter, training materials, manuals, documentation, software programs including Play’in the Lines, databases, websites and blogs. In general, the laws that apply to printed materials also apply to visual and digital formats such as websites, streaming media, mobile apps, CDs and DVDs.

2. To obtain permission to reproduce copyrighted works outside of Zone’in Programs Inc. and/or to use such works in ways that are not covered by our license or other prior agreements, persons or organizations should request permissions to info@zonein.ca. Questions on specific procedures should be directed to the CEO Cris Rowan who serves as Zone’in Programs Inc. copyright officer.

3. Zone’in Programs Inc. expects its customers to be responsible consumers of copyrighted materials, and to educate others on copyright compliance. If any consumers witness a potential copyright infringement, please bring the matter to the attention of the individual as well as to our CEO Cris Rowan who serves as our copyright compliance officer. Customers who illegally duplicate copyrighted works may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including legal action.

III. Workshop and Webinar Policy

Disclosure policy
Workshop creator Cris Rowan is also CEO of Zone’in Programs Inc. and will profit financially from any product sales that result from a Foundation Series Workshop. Workshop instructors other than Cris Rowan will not receive profits from product sales resulting from their workshop.

Workshop Accessibility Policy
Zone’in strives to ensure all workshop venues are accessible for persons with disabilities by requiring facility adhere to American With Disabilities Act (ADA) policy. If venue is not familiar with ADA policy, or does not have ‘Meets ADA Policy’ on their website, specific requirements for disabled access will be addressed by Zone’in workshop coordinator with venue manager to ensure accessibility. Workshop participants with disabilities are encouraged to contact info@zonein.ca for specific information regarding where to park, and how to easily reach accessible entrance.

Workshop Payment Procedure
Workshop fee must be paid in full within 30 days of quote by cheque, e-transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or money order to secure workshop date.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
Should workshop instructor need to change date of workshop and no agreeable date can be arranged between instructor and organizer, full refund will be provided. Should workshop organizer need to change date of workshop and no agreeable date can be arranged between instructor and organizer, or should workshop organizer need to cancel workshop, 50% of workshop fee will be withheld.

IV. Product Policy

Order processing
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Zone’in Programs Inc. does not begin payment processing until Zone’in Programs Inc. receives all the information it needs and full payment. For orders placed via telephone or fax, Zone’in Programs Inc. will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Online orders will be processed immediately, and will be shipped within 5 business days.

Proof of purchase
Zone’in Programs Inc. will contact you with confirmation of your order via phone. If you have not included a phone number with your order, you will receive an email confirmation and request to contact our office.

Payment methods
Zone’in Programs Inc. allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you purchase. Zone’in Programs Inc. must receive your payment within 10 calendar days, or Zone’in Programs Inc. will cancel your order. Please allow two business days for order processing after Zone’in Programs Inc. receives your payment.

1. PayPal
We are now accepting online payments through PayPal.

2. Credit Card
When you provide Zone’in Programs Inc. with your credit card information, Zone’in Programs Inc. will process your payment before sending your shipment. For orders placed via telephone or fax, Zone’in Programs Inc. accepts Visa and Mastercard.

3. Cashier’s Check or Money Order
Zone’in Programs Inc. accepts cashier’s checks and money orders as valid forms of payment for orders placed via telephone or fax. Personal or business checks will only be accepted upon approval. If you wish to pay by cashier’s check or money order, it must be payable to Zone’in Programs Inc. Please mail your payment and copy of your order acknowledgment to:

4. Purchase order
Zone’in Programs Inc. accepts Purchase Orders from government bodies only, eg. schools, child development centers. Orders must be received via fax in order for this to be processed correctly.

Sales tax
7% PST will be added to orders within BC, with the exception of government bodies. Canadian orders are subject to GST/HST (from 5-15%), depending on the province.

Tax exempt orders
If you place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call Zone’in Programs Inc. Sales at 1-888-896-6346. Be prepared to provide proof of tax-exempt status for the location in which the product is being shipped.

30% will be added for shipping on Canadian and US orders. Please call for international shipping rates. All shipments will be sent via Canada Post. If you require expedited shipping, please contact Zone’in Programs Inc. at 1-888-896-6346 for options and additional costs.

All prices are in Canadian funds. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Zone’in Program Inc. reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Zone’in Programs Inc. website at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear. Should Zone’in Programs Inc. reduce its price on any shipped product within 14 calendar days of shipment, you may contact Zone’in Programs Inc. Support at 1-888-896-6346 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Zone’in Programs Inc. within 14 calendar days of the price change.

Product availability
Although Zone’in Programs Inc. makes every effort to ship your order within five business days of receiving your order, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the estimated shipping date changes, Zone’in Programs Inc. will contact you via phone or email and provide a revised shipping date. Zone’in Programs Inc. makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Zone’in Programs Inc. confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Zone’in Programs Inc. learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Zone’in Programs Inc., or when Zone’in Programs Inc. cannot source components for the products you ordered. In those circumstances, Zone’in Programs Inc. will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Zone’in Programs Inc. may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Zone’in Programs Inc. will cancel your order for products Zone’in Programs Inc. cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Return and refund policy

1. Unopened products
If you are not satisfied with your Zone’in Programs Inc. purchase of a product, please call 1-888-896-6346 for Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Zone’in Programs Inc. will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to Zone’in Programs Inc. within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. Zone’in Programs Inc. will issue a 10% restocking fee on any opened product.

2. Defective Products
If you believe that you received a defective product, please call Zone’in Programs Inc. at 1-888-896-6346 within 30 days of the invoice date to request a Return Authorization Number (RIN). Zone’in Programs Inc. will determine whether the product is defective. If deemed defective, Zone’in Programs Inc., at its expense, will ship another of the same product. Defective products must be returned to Zone’in Programs Inc., within 30 days of the issued RIN. Please ensure that all defective product returns are accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of your customer invoice.

3. Cancellations
If you change your mind for any reason after placing your order, it can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to Zone’in Programs Inc. after you receive them in accordance with our Return Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable if your order has already been sent.

V. Complaint Resolution Procedure

All complaints are to be directed to Zone’in Programs Inc. CEO Cris Rowan in writing at crowan@zonein.ca. Complaint will be review and response provided within 2-weeks time of original complaint. All attempts will be made by both complainant and Zone’in Programs Inc. prior to legal consultation.

VI. Other Terms and Conditions

Zone’in Programs Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
Zone’in Programs Inc. may make changes to any products or services offered on www.zonein.ca, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided on www.zonein.ca with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Zone’in Programs Inc. makes no commitment to update the information provided at www.zonein.ca with respect to such products and services.

Zone’in Programs Inc. reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to www.zonein.ca, or to any portion of www.zonein.ca for any reason; (2) to modify or change www.zonein.ca or any portion of www.zonein.ca, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the www.zonein.ca, or any portion of www.zonein.ca, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.

No Zone’in Programs Inc. employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Zone’in Programs Inc. policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale. Zone’in Programs Inc.’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by Zone’in Programs Inc. of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between Zone’in Programs Inc. and you or any other party be deemed to modify an provision of these policies.
